We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests need to come in within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request one, just email us at support@slowburnandswoon.com with your order number and a quick rundown of what happened — no need to write us a whole subplot.
